We are longing for love, connection, and positive relationships.  And yet, both in our own lives and in the world around us, we seem to be more disconnected than ever.  In today’s video, we will explore what it is that is driving disconnection faster than anything else. More importantly, we will explore a strategy to challenge it so that we can find peace.

Assignment:

  • Identify a place where shame shows up in your life.
  • Write the message out in the second person.
  • Answer the ONE question you learned yesterday as you reflect on the message you wrote.
