It’s not really the bad things that happen to us that cause us lasting distress. It is what we end up believing about ourselves as a result that causes the problem.  In today’s lesson, we are going to explore the three core belief genres.

Assignment:

  • Identify which of the Negative Core Beliefs are most prominent in your life.
  • Write out “benefits” you are getting out of holding onto the negative core belief.
  • Answer the ONE question that can kickstart you into challenging the negative core belief
